What we build
A beautiful door on a bad layout is still a bad kitchen. Your designer starts with how you cook, store and gather, then builds the finishes around it.
What changes, and what it takes
Some kitchen changes are cosmetic. Others touch structure, gas or plumbing. Your proposal shows which is which before you commit.
Often needs new electrical and plumbing under the floor. We plan both before a cabinet is ordered.
Load-bearing walls need stamped drawings from a structural engineer. We coordinate the engineer and the permit.
Gas line work needs a TSSA-certified contractor, scheduled into the plan from the start.
New counters, cabinet fronts, backsplash or paint usually need no permit and move faster.
Budget and timeline
2026 GTA ranges in Canadian dollars. Cabinetry and countertops are usually the largest line items. Your exact number comes in an itemized proposal.

The questions homeowners ask us most before a kitchen renovation.
Most mid-range GTA kitchen renovations run $45,000 to $90,000 including HST. High-end projects with custom cabinetry, an island reconfiguration and premium appliances can run $100,000 to $200,000 or more.
Plan on 4 to 6 months from your first design meeting to final walk-through: design and planning, cabinet lead times, permits where needed, then 4 to 6 weeks of active construction. Custom cabinetry and specialty appliances are the most common causes of delay.
Not once demolition begins. We flag the days access is most limited and sequence the work to get you back to a working kitchen as quickly as the scope allows.
Structural changes, new circuits, gas line moves and plumbing changes need a permit. Removing a load-bearing wall also needs stamped engineering drawings. Cosmetic updates generally do not. We handle the full permit and inspection process.
Subfloor damage and outdated wiring, especially in homes built before 1980. Knob-and-tube wiring must be replaced before a permit passes final inspection. We recommend a contingency on top of your baseline budget.
Yes. Design is in-house and free: layout options through cabinet, countertop and finish selections. If you already have a layout or a designer, we build from that instead.
